At SushiCat we want to bring the most of Japan to your plate, to share the variety of flavours that defined our childhood to Lancaster. We serve traditional sushi such as rolls and nigiri, but also Japanese street food and desserts for the full experience. Every piece is crafted using the finest ingredients flown from Japanese markets. Being a small business with chefs expierenced in japanese culinary techniques, we are able to hand make every piece of nigiri sushi to order for the best experience
